You’ll learn how to monitor your daily basal body temperature and check cervical fluid in order to identify whether you are potentially fertile each day. Next, we’ll dive into a few simple rules to avoid pregnancy.
This two-hour session is the crash-course you need to start charting and feel empowered and in control.
This package includes chat support and a 20-minute follow up readiness session where we will ensure you are confident and ready to begin using the practice as a contraceptive.

Charting for body literacy
If you’re ready to gain a deeper understanding of your anatomy, hormones, social/emotional needs, and what your cycles are trying to tell you- then this class is for you.
Over the course of three cycles, we will work together to notice your unique patterns. Use this information to avoid pregnancy, get pregnant, assess hormonal health, optimize your personal relationships, increase your success in the workplace and the gym, and empower you to love yourself more deeply.
This package includes a consultation so that we can determine your individual health goals and learning preferences, four 90-minute sessions of instruction, and one follow up appointment to evaluate your first chart. You’ll also receive a workbook and chat support throughout the duration of the package.
